Reliable Test and Tag Solutions

The process commonly referred to as ‘testing and tagging’ is the process of checking electrical equipment in accordance with the Australian Standard, to help ensure it is operating safely. Electrical testing and tagging is a vital safety measure for all businesses in Australia to ensure that their electrical appliances and equipment are safe to use. Testing and tagging involves conducting regular tests on electrical items to identify any potential safety hazards and affixing a tag or label to the item indicating that it has been tested and is safe for use.

Testing tagging involves two steps: testing each portable device and tagging it to indicate it’s status. The tag displays the following information such as the test results (pass or fail), the identity of the person who conducted the test, the date the test was carried out and the next scheduled test date.
